Pallet Deliveries
(**Free Standard Deliveries** on all orders over £300 excluding VAT - T&Cs Apply)
Our PALLET deliveries are provided by third-party carriers - most deliveries use the 17 tonne lorries but smaller vehicles can be used for drops in restricted access locations. Just tell us before dispatch is confirmed if a smaller vehicle is required. We also need you to confirm that there is access for a 17 tonne delivery vehicle (13m approximate length of vehicle) with a tail-lift and a pallet truck for moving the tiles and that the area being delivered to is a level, flat surface.
If you can only be reached by sharp bends, narrow carriageways etc. we request that you inform us when ordering, as alternative arrangements may be possible to get the goods to you on a smaller vehicle (not available in all areas).
Our STANDARD PALLET deliveries are an economy KERBSIDE ONLY service and are usually 3-5 working days from placement of your order if made before 10.00am Monday to Friday. Confirmed orders placed with us before 10.00am Monday to Friday are usually dispatched same day (stock depending). Confirmed orders placed after 10.00am Monday to Friday will usually be dispatched from us the next available working day. Orders placed on weekend or Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day. Available at extra cost is the Next Day delivery slot, this may be available to certain postcode areas, please get in touch if you require next day delivery. Your order will be delivered Monday-Friday between 8.30am-5.30pm. Please contact us if a Saturday OR Timed Delivery will be required. No Dispatch Or Deliveries (unless otherwise agreed for Saturday delivery) on Weekends or Bank Holidays.

Delivery considerations and schedules
Unfortunately we are unable to provide estimated times for the day of delivery and therefore ask that there is somebody available on site to sign for the goods. In the event that there are damages on delivery, please sign the delivery note as 'DAMAGED' and call within 24 hours (or next available business day) to let us know so that we may arrange replacements or discuss an alternative resolution, photographic evidence of breakages will be required.
We will require a contact telephone number which will only be used if the courier has a problem locating your address or if you require a phone call an hour prior to making the delivery. If the driver is unable to unload the goods at your property or site, then your crate(s) will be returned to the nearest depot where you will have to make other arrangements for delivery at your expense.
All of our deliveries are kerbside only. The goods will be delivered to the nearest and safest point to your property so please ensure that there is sufficient manpower on site to move the tiles should this be necessary. It is not the responsibility of the driver to do this for you.
Due to the Health & Safety reasons delivery drivers are not allowed to move pallets into the driveways or inside your premises.
Although every effort will be made to honour the delivery date arranged with yourselves, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused due to reasons beyond our control (eg: broken down vehicle, punctures, acts of God etc.)
Every effort will be made to contact you if there should be any delays to your delivery; however as orders are all sent via a Pallet Network, this is not always possible.
It is not advisable to book any installation contractor or a Tiler before the goods are delivered. We will not be held responsible for any costs involved should trades people be booked and your delivery delayed.
The tiles or tile boxes will be strapped together on a wooden pallet using plastic or metal straps for stability during transit; care should be taken when cutting the straps as the tiles may move suddenly, paving slabs and stone are heavy products so caution should be taken when lifting, particularly with larger tiles that may require more people or mechanical assistance to unload or move.
Customer must add at least 10% extra quantity while ordering to allow cutting during installation or any minor breakages. We will be happy to issue a refund for any damage or breakage over 5% of the total quantity supplied. Please note that we are unable to offer replacement for goods damaged with less than 10% of the order value (excluding VAT).
The packs of Outdoor Paving slabs are supplied (unopened) as they arrive from abroad and therefore, it is rare, but you may find a small amount of slabs broken or damaged, however, these can be easily used during installation, because an installer will always require some off cuts. We will only issue a refund if 5 or more slabs (out of 1 pack/pallet) are found damaged of broken. We do not accept returns of extra or leftover materials.
Consumables Delivery
Our Consumables are sent by couriers or post parcels. Please allow 4 - 7 working days for delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Returns - Should you not be happy with your purchase
We make every effort to describe and display every product as realistically as possible. We also understand that sometimes items you receive are not quite as you expected. Therefore we are proud to offer you 14 days to change your mind on any of your purchases from this website. Your 14 days starts from the day you received the delivery.
Conditions for the return of items
All items must be in the same condition in which they were received, where applicable seals should not have been broken. Items must be returned with all the original packaging and it is the customer's responsibility to ensure packages are appropriately protected for transit and safely returned to our depo. Customer must bare the cost of the original and return shipping. We will deduct credit/debit card commission (3%) incurred plus a 10% of the amount originally paid, for RE-STOCKING charges. We do not accept returns of extra or leftover products.

Refunds
Once your order has been received by our warehouse (5-7 days) and checked we will process your refund. Please note this can take upto 3 to 5 days to process. We may use the same payment method you have sued or send any credit amount direct into your bank account.
Faulty / Damaged Items
If your order arrives with any signs of damage please sign for it as DAMAGED and take pictures of any signs of damage and email them to info@njstones.com stating your order number within 24 Hours (or next business day).
If there are breakages within the crates please notify us within 3 days of receipt. Email pictures to info@njstones.com stating your order number. We will be happy to issue a refund for any damage or breakage over 5% of the total quantity supplied. However, we are unable to offer replacement for goods damaged with less than 10% of the order value (excluding VAT).
Exchanges
In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your order or you have changed your mind our team can arrange an exchange for you. Contact our friendly customer service team who will discuss all the options available. Please note that any extra delivery cost incurred during exchange of a product will be born by the customer.
